Import the localizations from the shared SVN repository back into the project. Use this bug to document the process and find out what can be automated or scripted. We can do a followup bug later to work on automation.

Posted a message to the Apple Developer Forums about automating this process:
https://devforums.apple.com/thread/264563
There used to be an option to import xliff files from the command line, but that is now missing in action. Gut feeling says that Apple dropped this in favor of manual importing via Xcode because that lets people visually resolve conflicts. (Which is probably a good thing, but something I could live without for integration builds)

I see that there was a comment to your inquiry. Considering the possible difficulties associated with importing localizations, we should get the 14/28 locales who are complete in the dashboard imported into the Client.xcodeproj asap.

Merged the PR. This works ok for importing locales. But there is an issue with exporting after this. Needs to be documented in the export bug and fixed.
