Neither the meta refresh nor the javascript in the page succeeds in redirecting
the browser to a different page.  A blank page is shown indefinitely.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://ww3.usaa.com/lcs_corp/Logon
2. Wait indefinitely

Actual Results:  Blank page, no re-load.

Expected Results:  Redirect to different (logon) page.

Reassigning to Browser-General until we can get further info; 
this is unlikely to be a bug in the JS Engine.

Kurt: 

1. Do you you get the "hourglass" indefinitely? 
2. Are there any errors in Tasks > Tools > JavaScript Console? 
   (be sure to clear out any previous errors before you try the site)
3. Do you have any preferences set that might explain this? 
   You can find out by creating a new profile and trying that.

Actually, marking WORKSFORME. Using Mozilla trunk builds 2001-12-03-xx
on WinNT, Linux, and Mac9.1, I have no trouble loading the site - 

Kurt: could you try with an up-to-date build and see if the problem
has gone away for you? If so, you can mark this bug "Verified".
If not, you can reopen it - thanks.

3. I seem to have locked down capability.policy.default.Screen.* with noAccess.

I'll clear these & retry.  Expect marking of VERIFIED shortly...
