https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/marketplace is serving true packaged apps instead of the iframe version.
We moved dev and stage apps to production (if that's not confusing!) so I don't think this matters anymore.  Let me know if I'm wrong.

It matters for 2 reasons:
1) We are still auto-generating a true packaged app and automatically uploading for every dev deploy. We should at least stop that, possibly replacing it with the iframed app, see point below.

2) The dev and stage apps in production are not a very good solution IMHO. Since they are distributed through prod, they get the wrong install origin, and the wrong manifest URL, so you can't test the marketplace update banner with those.
