The page context menu has:
* Add to bookmarks
* Share page
* Add to Pocket (if that service is installed)
A menuitem to add to the ReadingList is notably missing there, and that absence stands out against the other related options.
Downside is, it'll further crowd that menu.

As noted, there's a tradeoff here - expection of it being there, vs crowding the menu. Also not sure if this is something we should try for v1, or if we feel comfortable punting to v2/v3.

Considering the amount of work we already have for v1, I would suggest punting to v2/v3.
