There's also a ridiculously high pending count that jlund's investigating, so all trees closed for a bit.

there was a network blip earlier around 15:20 PT. Around that time we lost bunch of slaves and it took a while to recover. related, we will also be upgrading linux test masters instance types back to a more powerful type to hopefully speed up recovery in the future. pending is back down to a sane amount. I think we can close this for now
