Stefan Arentz needs to have write access on SVN for the following folder (iOS project)
http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/l10n-misc/trunk/firefox-ios/

Can you please add permission to his LDAP account? Not sure if he needs also some flag to be able to use SVN in general.
I've enabled svn. Stefan is level2 not 3 .
Added to @localizer in rev 101162.
Let me know if you guys need anything or if the above is enough.
Not sure why we have a second bug (should we close the other one?). I guess @localizers will work, even if having access only to that folder would have made more sense.

Will wait for Stefan to confirm that everything works on his side.
