Steps to reproduce:

6015X device (just 1 sim is supported) with these settings:
1. Screen lock is on. Lock screen is on, passcode lock is on, require passcode is set to immediately ( see also screenshot)
2. Sim security is enabled.
3. Data connection is on
4. Now activate the flight mode
5. Reboot the phone
6. Enter your 4 digits
7. Deactivate the flight mode in settings


Actual results:

The input screen for typing in the sim pin is displayed for 1 second. Turning flight mode on + off again does not bring back the input screen at all. The phone must be restarted again (with flight mode off) to enter both passwords correctly.


Expected results:

The input screen for typing in the sim pin is diplayed until the correct sim pin is entered.
