User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0 Build ID: 20150223004020 Steps to reproduce: Open Firefox, press Ctrl+N to open a new window, check to make sure that the window is not maximized, and press Ctrl+T 15-20 to open some new tabs. I'm using Firefox Developer Edition 37.0a2 on Windows 7 Professional x64, if that's any help. Actual results: You can scroll through the tabs (as normal) but the tab bar doesn't cover the entire width of the window. It seems it is set to the width of the window - the width of the system buttons. This behaviour is correct when the window is maximized, but shouldn't happen This doesn't happen if you go to Customize and enable 'Title Bar'. Expected results: The tabs should've covered the entire width of the window. This behaviour is correct when the window is maximized but shouldn't happen when the window isn't maximized, as the tabs aren't in the title bar.
