Steps to reproduce:

I upgraded from FF35 to FF36.


Actual results:

The "Recently Closed Tabs" menu entry is greyed outed although I have closed tabs.
It worked in FF35.


Expected results:

It should continue to work.
The keyboard shortcut (ctrl+shift+t) still works.
Does it work in the Firefox safemode "(algt key)/help/Restart with addons disabled" ?
I too encountered this bug.
Occurs with my current profile and with a brand new profile.
Problem happens in safe mode too.
It started when I upgraded from FF 35 to FF36.
Problem still there with FF 36.0.1.
It works again.
