Created attachment 8569283 [details] Screen Shot 2015-02-25 at 11.49.12 AM copy.png User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 Build ID: 20150122214805 Steps to reproduce: A ways back, I set up a master password for my saved passwords. Today tried to log into my credit union's mystery shopping portal. (Free 20 bucks is free), which I previously stored the password for in Firefox on OSX 10.10.1 Actual results: I am in the process of moving, so I don't have access to the master password... (It's somewhat long and written in a safe place). So I clicked "cancel" thinking I could reset the PW and manually type it in, but no dice - every time I click cancel the dialog reappears, and I'm forced to restart Firefox. In the end, I opened Safari and logged in on there. Expected results: When I click cancel more than N times (N being a number that a UX researcher should probably determine), the dialog stops popping up and allows a user to manually enter a PW if they so desire.
trying password manager first
Component: Untriaged → Password Manager
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
Did you have any password manager or master password Firefox extensions when this happened? Did you have Firefox Sync setup? I can't reproduce this issue in a new profile. Clicking cancel once closes the master password dialog and I'm able to manually login.
