I talked to MJ and Ty about this yesterday. Assigning to Ty to convert the existing animation to a format that can be used on Facebook.

Just a heads up, this will require some resizing work to match the video AD specs that FB has in place. The largest animation size I have is 894x368 which does not match the 16:9 ratio FB requires. The final output of the MP4 will need to be sized at 1080p (1920x1080).

Does that mean that this requires more time? Resources? Isn't possible? Just want to make sure we all understand the nature of the heads up.
It's all doable. I will need time though to resize the original assets before importing them into After Effects. Once thats done, Ill need to reposition and tinker with the scaling of each asset to make full use of the the 16:9 area. The timing, effects and animation sequences are fortunately already taken care of, so the process of creating this larger version of the snippet animation wont be as strenuous as it would be as if I was starting from scratch. My initial estimate is around 8-10 hours.

My initial estimate is around 8-10 hours. Thanks, Ty. MJ, I'm not sure how exactly you plan to use this, but given the above, do you think the effort is worth it? It doesn't sound quite as quick or easy as I originally hoped.

Hey all, I agree, more effort than needed. I can cancel the request.

It's all good. Thanks!
