Details

The owner of this account says she can't log in after a password reset: https://addons.mozilla.org/user/11471064/. She got the reset email and followed the instructions, up to the point of getting the "Success! Password successfully reset." message. She is unable to log in after this, however.
There have been 0 failed login attempts. I'd say ensure you're using the right username and password combination.
A similar case seems to be happening for this account: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/5093770/. Are there also no failed login attempts for this one?
I don't see any failed attempts for them. They had a successful login last Friday though.
