113698 - Crash: cancelling filter creation using a New folder as a target

*** observed with 2001-12-05-04 build ***
I've seen this happen only from the menu Message|Create a filter, somehow it
doesn't happen from Edit|Message filters....
Here is how to reproduce:
- select a message;
- go Message|Create a filter...;
- create a new filter chosing a New folder as a destination;
- because of another bug " New folder creation is not reflected" you'll get a
warning message "you must select a target", since it is not possible to select a
new folder as a target cancel the rules dlg box and observe the crash, stack to
follow
