Please set up Luganda and Tswana repos:
* https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/gaia-l10n/v2_0/lg and tn
* https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/gaia-l10n/v2_1/lg and tn
* https://hg.mozilla.org/gaia-l10n/lg/ and tn

The repos should have the common l10n permissions and hooks, both python:mozhghooks.pushlog and python:mozhghooks.single_head_per_branch.hook.

The permissions should be scm_l10n, not level_1.

We will also need git mirrors.
Delphine seem like Tswana is not available in the main repository, https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/gaia-l10n/v2_1/atom-log. I don't know maybe am missing something here?

Mercurial repos set up. Will work on git mirrors next.

- pushed lg and tn to gaia-l10n
- not work in 2.1 and also no repos
- some tn work on 2.0 but no repo, no lg work on 2.0 (do we want to fix the missing repo here?)

Dwayne: I don't understand what you mention about the repos. All repos for tn and lg have been set up in this bug, on the hg side.
And if I look at Pootle, I see repos for both:
* http://mozilla.locamotion.org/lg/  --> repos for 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2
* http://mozilla.locamotion.org/tn/  --> repos for 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2

My mistake :( too late here.  Seems I forgot to delete the tn and lg dirs before trying to clone.  Fixed now and I've pushed anything that exists for 2.0 and 2.1
