Randell -- If you could double-check that I didn't typo anything, I'd appreciate it.  I did build and run it locally (to verify I didn't break anything), but I can't test Orange.  If it looks good to you, please land it for me.  My plan is to ask for uplift to Aurora and Beta later this week.
