1137279 - Tapping the status-bar to quick scroll to the top does not reveal the address bar

Currently on quick-scroll up by tapping the iOS status bar we don't reveal the address-bar. This is standard in Safari. 
   
Steps

   Scroll to the bottom

   Tap the status bar

An extra pull down gesture on the page is required to reveal the address bar
