Currently on quick-scroll up by tapping the iOS status bar we don't reveal the address-bar. This is standard in Safari. Steps http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/02/26/upshot/what-is-middle-class-economics.html Scroll to the bottom Tap the status bar An extra pull down gesture on the page is required to reveal the address bar -- 73b1299e69df iPhone 6 (8.1.3)
