The Slow Addon warning tool should probably check if the addon is restartless.

I got an infobar for several of my addons in Nightly, saying it was slowing things down. I chose to disable one of them because I didn't even realize I had it enabled in that profile to begin with. I then got an infobar saying that Firefox needed to be restarted to disable that extension.

But this extension was built with the Add-on SDK tools, and is restartless. Looking at the addon manager, the extension was disabled as soon as I clicked the "disable" button in the first infobar. There doesn't need to be a followup infobar asking to restart if the only extensions disabled are restartless.
Odd, it's meant to do this already
