Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a private window in Firefox
2. Download a file


Actual results:

The file downloads and appears in the downloads arrow panel, but when clicking the "Show All Downloads" button, or opening "about:downloads" doesn't list the downloads. They do appear in the Library window though. This happens both E10S and non-E10S.


Expected results:

The files appear when clicking the "Show All Downloads" button, or opening "about:downloads".
