Going forward I'm just leaving the XML config files formatted as you create them, but because this potentially makes the diffs a little less intuitive, I'm going to call out the changes as I understand them. So notes here:
- We're using francetelecom.fr as the filename in the ISPDB for legacy reasons right now. Because of our script generation issues, I'm leaving the filename rather than renaming it.
- The primary change in the file was reordering IMAP to come before POP so it is given preference.

Also forgot to type, but did notice, that we're switching from %EMAILLOCALPART% to %EMAILADDRESS%. I'm hoping this doesn't matter (it usually does not), but is worth calling out.
