L10N for the /whatsnew and /firstrun experiences.

Currently scoped are

- /whatsnew landing page (no tour)
- /firstrun tour and landing page

String freeze is April 6th

Can you confirm the L10N coverage on the new /firstrun/ page to be launched on June 2nd that is viewable here:

This is the lang file (the file is called whatsnew, but it's shared between firstrun and whatsnew)

We currently have 39 locales enabled, about 87% coverage.

We should have some more by June 2nd, for example Japanese. That alone would take use to almost 90%. If we get Polish it's roughly another +4%.
