I think it makes sense to have our own tracker for all L10N bugs involved with Firefox 38 releases.

Start by adding all web L10N dependencies.
Closing this one. Firefox 38.0.5 is out, we lost some pieces on the way (iOS, reading list), we'll need to figure out how to deal with them later.
