Details

The current scale for new reps is "1000 - 2000 - 3000". But we are only around 500 reps. And recruiting between 1 and 5 reps each month. It would be better with a scale for new reps like "10 - 20 - 30 or even 5 - 10 - 15". It would also be a good idea to count out inactive reps (alumni reps).
