The style guide should including information about forms, form widgets, their layout, and their usage.

This work should include:

- marketplace-core-css should contain CSS for all for fields and field types
- marketplace-style-guide should include information about form construction and field styles
- marketplace-elements should include widgets extending browser form fields.

A probably-incomplete list of what this should include:

- Fieldsets
- Fields
- Field errors
- Disabled fields
- Focused fields
- Placeholder text
- Labels
- Field help text

Form field types:
- Text input
- Textarea
- Radio
- Checkboxes: both regular and a switch-type style
- Range
- Select: both segmented and the classic dropdown style
Additional work on the style guide has been shelved.
