We're currently self-hosting a Yum repo in S3. It is functional but the workflow is janky and could use some tightening up.
Was going to do this later, but frankly, it wasn't much work and it makes things way better. There is now a "manage_repo.sh" located in the build/ dir of the private bucket. Once you've spun up a buildbox, just nab it (via aws s3 cp, for example) and you're good to go. It's also in the socorro-infra-private repository, because version control.
