Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/40.0.2214.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Using v31.4.0,
  - Ignore a thread
  - Receive more emails to that thread
  - Observe that the unread email count goes up

Alternatively,
  - Observe that you have unread emails in some folder
  - Click the "unread" quick filter
  - Observe that there are no emails listed
  - Deduce that the unread emails must be in a hidden (ignored) thread
  - View > Threads > Ignored threads
  - The ignored threads still don't appear, which is a separate bug
  - Remove the unread quick filter
  - Observe that there are in fact unread emails inside those ignored threads

Expected results:

All emails to ignored (sub)threads should never be counted as unread.
