Hi Andy,

Thank you for raising this with Bango.

Can you please provide the time stamp for when you attempted to bill?

Kind Regards,

Dear Andy,

I believe the reason this payment failed is because the user account is associated with and has been identified as belonging to Telus Canada.

Currently, we do not have any DCB integrations for Mozilla in Canada, and there is no Telus CAN/Mozilla billing route, so we cannot bill a Telus Canada phone bill for Mozilla content.

Credit card payments should work though.

Please let me know if we can be of more assistance.

Kind regards,

Daniel Linton

Would be great if I could have the ability to change my number and add in say my US T-Mobile number to my identity and use that.
Marking P3 to hide from Mozilla triage. Bango are going to investigate and see how much work this is.
