I added some contacts for testing into my Firefox Hello, but I can't see them (Firefox 37). It works for me in the latest Nightly (39) though.

I couldn't repro this bug until (using the same profile) I downgraded from Fx39 (Nightly) to Fx36 (Release). I strongly believe this is a dup of (or very strongly related to) an existing bug: Bug 1092090 -- unless the reporter didn't use the same profile when running Fx39 followed by Fx39.
Albert -- Would you be willing to retry this with a fresh profile or provide a copy of your contacts database?

I tested it with new profiles and found that there is no 'contacts' tab at all for v37/38, is that right? And it doesn't matter if I am logged in or not. It only appears in 39 after login in.
I did use all my profiles with various versions of FF. Hope that helps.

Reopened the new profile for 39 where I created some test contacts with 36 and see a 'contacts' tab which is empty when opening it.
Marking it as duplicate as suggested.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
