Steps to reproduce:

Open multiple tabs
Press ctrl-q



Actual results:

Firefox closes immediately, losing all open tabs.
This seems to be a regression of bug #629485


Expected results:

"Confirm close

You are about to close 4 tabs. Are you sure you want to continue?

[Cancel] [Close tabs]"
