User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 Build ID: 20150122214805 Steps to reproduce: Log in to Dropbox, click on Files Actual results: Error message - There was a problem completing this request. No files displayed. Photos are displayed. There is no issue when using Chrome. Expected results: Files and directories should be displayed.
Thanks for taking the time to report this! Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems. It does not disable plugins which are add-ons.) See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile and http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles

Hi, In short – a new profile solved the issue. The problem still occurs in safe mode, though I've realised there's another aspect to the bug. When I try to sign in it also has an error message - "There was a problem completing this request". I had overlooked this but it did occur previously as well. The way I logged in previously was by resetting my password. I have been able to log in using Chrome (I just checked) - I signed out and signed in again using the same password and no issue. So it's a Firefox issue for me. Thanks, Joe.

Clearing cookies for the original profile has resolved the issue. I originally set up Firefox by importing cookies from Chrome. Maybe that's where the bugged crept in? Thanks
