Steps to reproduce:

On Firefox for Android go to:

Actual results:

conformance/textures/texture-npot-video.html (18 of 19 passed)
    failed: getError expected: NO_ERROR. Was INVALID_OPERATION : should be no errors

Expected results:

I experienced this issue on 3 devices, an ASUS MeMO Pad 7 (ME176C), Verizon SGS4, and Nexus 7.

The failure did not occur on any of the following: SPARK, GIADA, MACBOOK_AIR_OSX, MACBOOK_AIR_WIN, MACBOOK_PRO_OSX, MACBOOK_PRO_WIN, MACMINI, MACPRO, NEXUS-5, SURFACE, WINDBOX, HASWELL, HPOMEN (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1178601 for hardware configuration details of these systems)

Updating. This is still an issue on my Pixel (first generation) and Firefox 58.02. Both the video texture conformance test and the video texture npot conformance test fail.

This is an important feature to 360 video playback on the web. Please let me know if there's anything us developers can do to prioritize this.
