[Flame][v2.2][Settings]Device will restart, then still display black page when device runs non_smoke automatication test.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Flash a latest Flame 2.2 build.
2.Run non_smoketest automatication test in VM-player.

[3.Expected Result]: 
2.Device should run non_smoketest completely.

[4.Actual Result]: 
2. After running to test_clear_phone_number.py, it will enter black page. Restart device, device still in black page, it can't enter OS.

Please reflash the base image (V18D) firstly.

Let's keep monitoring.
If occurrence rate is high, I suggest to dump full system log to do further investigation.
