Responding to a couple of comments from 112710.  Also please see bug 75538 for
the ongoing revision of the browser and mail context menus.

Microsoft has repeatedly demonstrated that they don't have any UI design
standards.  Just because they do something is not a reason for us to copy them.

If you look at bug 75538, there hopefully won't be a View Source context menu
item in the browser.  I agree that this is a useful function, but can easily be
accomplished with a View > Message Source menu item, instead of cluttering up
the context menu.

Heh.  Try telling that to mpt!  The basic argument here is that as the number of
items in a context menu increases, its usefulness decreases due to the amount of
time it takes to scan and recognize each item when searching for a command.
