Description

STR:

1. Add a file trusted-app-public.der to the security/apps directory on the build
2. Build B2G

EXPECTED:

The file content is used to generate the manifest-signing-root.inc file on the build (and the certificate can be used as a root CA to sign manifests)

ACTUAL
The manifest-signing.root.inc file is created with the default content (an invalid cert) so trusted hosted apps cannot be used

TrustedHosted apps are being deprecated, so no point in fixing this.
