1138720 - Please move all (IRC) nagios alerts out of #sysadmins

I would like to streamline the sysadmins channel to have the (IRC) alerts moved to a separate channel for easier use of #sysadmins during issues and daily monitoring

There are alerts I want storage+virtualization to see, but would never want to page the MOC, and I've written the alert doc as such.  e.g.
https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/NAGIOS/backup+files+for+NetApp
IRC-only makes sense there, whichever channel it may be.

Linda, Can we close this please? IRC alerts are nice because we can see what has been highlighted. It doesn't page us but it makes for good eye candy;)

Ok can we vote on this as a team - either move them to another channel or keep ...

I'd prefer that things which are helpful to us stay on the channel, anything that provides no useful information we get rid of. Deal with it on a case by case basis.
