STR:
- Go on treeherder for, say, mozilla-inbound.
- Pick a talos s job (linux or windows).
- Check the "tart" result. On linux 32-bits. it's somewhere around 5.
- Click the graph link for the tart result.
- Look at the graph. None of the values are below 7.
Ah I think I get it. The difference seems to be that the value displayed on tree herder is the geometric mean, but the graph it opens is the average.

Now the question is, should the graph server default to geometric mean, or should the treeherder links be changed?

yes, this should be fixed!  I had thought this was the case, but obviously it isn't.
