Bug to track some minor responsive styling updates for /firefox/os/

From the etherpad: https://etherpad.mozilla.org/fxos-worksession-2march2015

- Firefox OS wordmark needs to be reduced in size by 15%.
- Subhead needs to be 2.8em and should only be on two lines.
- Increase space between navigation and wordmark to 4em.
- Need about 40-60px of space below "Sign up/Get a phone" CTA in hero area.
- gap between headline/copy/button on the left and phone image on the right is too big.
- is there any way to force the main subhead to break after the comma (without breaking l10n).
- there’s a missing one of these: » after the “Learn more about Mozilla” text link and "see more news" should have one too. Holly & Ty to evaluate and provide recommendations.
- The three blurbs in the "Smart has never been so simple" should stack sooner on responsive view. The columns get really narrow and the icons get squished before that happens.
- Hi res (2x) assets needed for retina display (some images/logos looking fuzzy)
