Steps to reproduce:

NOT signed in to Firefox Hello (shows "Guest")
Exit Firefox
Restart Firefox
Sign in to Firefox Hello

(Problem does not seem to occur when the last Firefox session closed while being signed in to Firefox Hello.)

Contact tab does not appear
