When trying to commit an additional comment to Mozilla bug 113837, without having changed the corrupt summary mind you, this error message is displayed: Only the owner or submitter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user, may make that change to the short_desc field. Old value: Number Format Exception in Number Format Exception in SetsApplet.init() New value: Number Format Exception in
NOTE: When I hover over the link to the bug, I can see a junk character between "Exception in" and "Number Format".
I fixed the summary in the other bug. Resolving this bug fixed and moving it to the appropriate product ("Bugzilla" is for issues with Bugzilla software generally; "mozilla.org" is the right place for issues with mozilla.org's own installation of Bugzilla).
