Vikas has been working on a variety of projects for the last year, as he continues to do more, it is only obvious that he could benefit from commit level 1 access.

It is my understanding that he doesn't need to do a paper commit access form, but what is required now?

SSH key, email address, acknowledgement that Vikas has will abide by the commit access agreement, and a level 3 voucher.

thanks :jdm.  I will vouch for Vikas, wlach could vouch as well if needed.  Is there a link to the commit access agreement?
