Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch composer
2. Add any text or elements you wish.
3. Swtich to HTML view
4. Highlight some or all of the page, click on Edit, then Cut
5. Switch to a different view

Actual Results:  The selected area disappears after the cut, but after switching
back to another view, the selection remains.

Expected Results:  I would expect that a cut selection would be removed.
Works here with 2001-12-06-03 under W2K.  I tried cutting text, bullet lists,
and <HR> and then switching back to preview and normal views.
It appears this only happens when the <body> tag is cut.  marking invalid.
