[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.2&3.0][Contacts] Pair device to another device by BT, and try to export contacts by BT, then it pops up prompt Buletooth file transfer failed.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisites: There are some contacts in Contacts app,pair device to another device by BT.
1.Launch Contacts
2.Tap gear icon at top right corner to enter settings
3.Tap Export-> tap buletooth
4.Select some contact
5.Tap Export at top right corner


[3.Expected Result]: 
5.It will export contacts to another device.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.It pops up prompt Buletooth file transfer failed.
