Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev on your Flame device (FF OS 2.0)
2. Go to any app and write a review (i.e. Hora de la aventura)
3. Delete the review submitted at step #2
4. Click “Write a review” button from app “Reviews” page

Expected results:
“Leave a review” window is displayed.

Actual results:
“Edit review” window is displayed.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF OS 2.0(Flame). Issue is reproducing in MP-dev, MP-stage and MP-prod and also on FF39 (Android 4.2.1). Not reproduced on desktop.

I can reproduce it on MP-dev FF OS 2.0 for apps with reviews. 
(If the app was not yet reviewed the issue from comment #0 is reproducing only for 2 seconds.)

Can you please update here if this is a good-first-bug? If yes, also give some initial direction for anyone who want to pick this.

Follow the STR from comment #0 on MP-prod using Android 4.2.1 and you will see a mix between the "Leave a Review" window and the "Edit Review" window: "Edit Review" title  with a "Submit Review" button.
