That is no bug but rather a security feature. Follow https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/949147 if you want to disable that locally

Network.security.ports.banned.override isn't working on the mobile version for me.

Works for me with Firefox for Android beta 37 Be sure that you create the pref as string and not boolean or integer This bug is invalid and a new bug report would be required if the port override option would not work
