cannot go through the 3 stories that are appearing the panel at the top of the page. Tried selecting the individual tabs and the "->" next arrow. The URL is updated but the page doesn't do anything

Able to load techrepublic.com on 58.0a1 with TP enabled. Able to select & view stories from top of page. I tried the #haccordion and #tab-content-2 links and those did not work [and I couldn't find them from viewing the page, nor could I see anything being blocked by TP in the web console.]
