1139661 - Link to file bug from Reviewboard UI has wrong component

I just did something to cause an HTTP 500 internal server error in Reviewboard (will file a bug for that in a sec).

In the error UI, there is a link to file a bug, but it's to 

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=bugzilla.mozilla.org&component=rbbz

i.e. the 'bugzilla.mozilla.org :: rbbz' component, which doesn't seem to exist.

The link should probably be updated to point to this component ('Developer Services :: MozReview') instead.
