I told you already about "network.security.ports.banned.override" in about:config
Do you want an option in the error message itself ?

If going to a self signed https site gives you some dire warning, but gives you the option to click on a "I understand the risks" button, then why not the same for a banned port? the banned ports override doesn't even seem to work for me in android FF.
