we believe part of the reason it is taking so long to chew through windows builds in the PT morning is because win64 was just merged to m-a and so nightlies (with repacks) are demanding our slaves.

These new m-a win64 builders should be in a jacuzzi

looking at https://github.com/mozilla/releng-jacuzzis/blob/master/config.json

it seems like we only have 3 windows related jacuzzis:
 "WINNT 5.2 mozilla-inbound build": {
"b-2008-ix-": 13
},
"WINNT 5.2 mozilla-inbound leak test build": {
"b-2008-ix-": 14
},
"WINNT 6.1 x86-64 mozilla-inbound leak test build": {
"b-2008-ix-": 15
},

all of these are for m-i only and none are for l10n nightlies.

meanwhile I can see a whole range of jacuzzis for linux. e.g. here are the m-a l10n nightlies: https://github.com/mozilla/releng-jacuzzis/blob/master/config.json#L58

should we have more jacuzzis for windows builders?

you can see cleary the pick up of pending after 3am PT (when our nightlies run) for win64 and then it never recovers

not sure if the norm is to make an attachment, ask for a r?, and link to PR for github repos but I have made a PR all the same: https://github.com/mozilla/releng-jacuzzis/pull/17

If you paste the PR link as an attachment's plain text (eg not a file), Bugzilla linkifies everything on its own.

round 2. fight!

I pushed another patch to manually add the l10n builders. I sort of used the linux l10n ones as an example.

maybe I should leave the win64 builds in config.json though I was under the impression it does nothing having them in there.

looking at PR comments, it turns out I was wrong again! we can add them to config.json but we need to explicitly say how many slaves we want.
