Steps to reproduce:
When watching a video (flash), there is flickering every now and then. Watching the video in Firefox 35.0.1 gives no issues, updating to 36.0(.1) causes the flickering. Using Flash 16.0.0.305 on Windows 7 x64 (normal Firefox x86 build though).
