1140203 - Component name adjustment 'Marketplace:Pre-Installed Apps'

Hello Folks

We are preparing to add another component to the Marketplace product (bug request inbound) and need to add a bit of clarity to one of the current components of Marketplace; Pre-installed Apps

Please adjust the name of the 'Pre-Installed Apps' component to 'Request to Pre-Install Apps'.

The original bug was (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1028269) and was filed by Karen Ward. I've already spoken with her about this clarification and she is on board. 

Please let me know if there's anything else I need to do to get this adjusted.

as this component is used in a custom form, it's more than just an administrative change, moving back into our "code change required" component.

i've committed the code changes, and will rename the component as soon as the code is pushed to production early next week:
