114044 - Security Icon Remains "locked" or "unlocked"

Can't reproduce the lock piece, but I'm bugzilla and the security icon is still
locked, for a website I visited 5 or 6 pages ago.

However, can reproduce the "unlocked" and this is a probably a dupe.  
1) Go to any website.
2) Via a New Tab, Go to technology credit union www.techcu.com
3) Go to the webbranch or https://webbranch.technologycu.com/
4) Notice that the security icon doesn't lock
5) Close out of the first website, notice that still doesn't lock.

Hitting the security button doesn't match the page that you're viewing.  It
shows me security information for My Netscape when it should be showing me
information about web branch.

The whole thing looks like a duplicate of bug 101723.  Tabs and the lock icon
just don't play together, period.
